Infrared Sauna

Infrared therapy uses infrared heaters to emit infrared light which the body experiences as radiant heat and absorbs through the skin. The heat can be deeply relaxing and is reported to ease muscle tension, joint pain and provide a detoxification effect.

Enjoy a private 30-minute session in our infrared sauna as an add-on to your spa service for $25, or schedule it as a single service for $35. This sauna is also spacious enough for two people.
